A few decades ago women who had implants would complain about them getting hard after a while. Others leaked and caused health issues. The technology has gotten better, and I'm happy to say that I've enjoyed my share of firm but soft augmentation. However, when you go to an AMP, especially a FS Korean one, and you see the granny coming at you in 3 D, you can be sure she can knock you out cold with those things, like she's swinging a bag of rocks.

One thing I'm pretty sure I've never encountered is a provider with an illegally boosted booty. AKA silicone butt injections. You know, I always hated those paid review sites. The only reason they got traction was when UseNET ASP was overrun by spam.
