Receptive bb anal intercourse sounds extremely risky. I don't think she care for clients' past sex history that much (wonder whether she has minimum knowledge on what the hell hiv is. Hope she is not one of many fob from China who believe only gays can get HIV). That is why some of bb providers strictly offer Greek to selective customers on the condition of protection use.
You're correct that it's extremely risky. A few years ago I went to Life Foundation on Ala Moana (now known as Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center) specifically for an HIV test (result was negative) because the Diamond Head clinic was not offering that test. The counselor there explained to me that if a woman is infected with HIV, having BB anal with her is the easiest way to catch that disease from her.

Didn't know what thread to put this in and for now probably pertains more to the brothers that are planning to monger internationally. Regardless, be safe out there.

As mentioned in some of my posts, I very much enjoy "Road Head," receiving a long and sensual BJ while driving. I've never had an accident because of it, but as this news report indicates, paying close attention to safe driving while experiencing the pleasures of road head is essential.

The only thing when you are being questioned to ask to have a attorney present. I have done it a couple of times and the questions stop and usually I simply leave. They may lie to you or entrap you into something you didn't do. Also don't let them into your car or take your cell phone.

I agree. Popo knows why you are there. Responding with a obvious lie will just invite more shit from them. The whole piont for these mother fuckers are to keep you talking. Best advice from every criminal attorney I spoke to was to turn on your phone recorder, say nothing and walk. HPD or any LEO as a matter of facts are not your friend and they are authorized by law to lie to you. Hell, they lie in court most of the time. You have the right to remain silent. Use it.

Yes, it's a scam. Best thing to do is get a hobby phone and not give out your real number. You could also get a google voice number too.

I wasn't thinking that "hanging out with my friend" was a lie since in most cases the girl is a friend so to speak, and we're just hanging out and having a little personal interaction. But, you're right, the less said the better. I read somewhere even "relaxation" therapy needed some kind of license. As the videos say, there are 10,000 ways you can say something that can get you arrested. If they have enough to arrest you talking more won't help. If they don't have enough to arrest, talking can only help them. If you want questioning to stop say you respectfully want to talk to your attorney, and assert your right to remain silent, nothing more.

If things go wrong don't say you were getting a massage!

Just say you were hanging out and visiting with your friend.

    Darkman's Post

It's an example of just wrong priorities that the LE sees fit to conduct a sting for an adult to adult transaction tying up at least three officers when there is violent crime to deal with. The bottom line is to never offer or agree to any kind of touching for money. If they don't get "hang out" then they're in the wrong business. Better to get ripped off than to be specific and have a problem. Also, always ASK before touching. Can I touch you (not in exchange for money) - you don't want to get charged with sexual assault if your new friend turns out to be under cover.

    Any thoughts, just curious.
As the USA Sex Guide's "Posting Guidelines" clearly state:

It does no good to criticize members for not following what other members may consider to be safe sex practices for the following reasons:

    1. It never serves to change anyone's behavior.

    2. It's a disincentive for members to contribute.

    3. It almost always leads to arguments.

    4. It provides a "cover" for Serial Antagonists to provoke other members.

    To address the usual arguments:

    1. If a guy wants to engage in sex without using a condom, that's his risk and his business.

    2. If a girl wants to engage in sex without using a condom, that's her risk and her business.

    3. If you want to protect yourself from either or both of the aforementioned parties, then you should use a condom for sex all the time and thus you will be protected from the allegedly unsafe sex practices of the other parties.
By the way, condom use doesn't always protect against all STDs. Even with condom use, a monger could potentially contract herpes, genital warts and syphilis. So if you're very risk averse and want complete protection, the solution could be to stop mongering.

    Phuking Monday Quaterbacking Again

Waterpolo player doesn't play football well.

I tell him Eyedoc' mistress got me arrested around Christmas. You don't teach any of these.

All you did is feeling me up in the ala phuking Moana beach for phuking free.

And figuring out what kind of car I had so later he could hack and disable car brake at his convenience. And subtle threat expiring car warranty phone calls.

Low self esteem guy had no confidence in him when he asked me out to go swimming. He got to use swimming gears to lure. LOL

There only needs to be an articulable relationship between money and sex. With this said, UC's will always try to get you to agree to a sex act for a fee because it makes their case easier in a reverse sting. They do not need to do this, it just make their case much easier to prove.

In my other post about "hanging out" and asking "do you always play it safe?" are simply just screening mechanisms to deter bad actors; they are not actual legal defenses.

Here are some legally sound methods:

-Paying a sugar baby an 'allowance'. This works because the allowance is not necessarily paid on days you have sex. In contrast, "PPM" is tantamount to prostitution.

-Porn. In this case, the actors are paid by the production company. The production company is not receiving any sexual gratification in the exchange..

These are the same rules that the Japanese MP's / soaplands get can get away with FS.

    Not legally sound methods:

-'Paying for your time'. Not as solid as it sounds, especially when a sex act begins within minutes of a direct monetary exchange. This is more 'part' of a defense, not an actual defense.

-'Taking pictures / videos'. If you pay someone to take pictures / videos and then start masturbating, prostitution may have occurred, even if you are not having sex with the other person. This more of a 'screening tool' rather than a defense.

Also in Hawaii there's a wierd quirk about massage licenses. If you don't have a massage license which takes 100's of hours to certify then it's illegal to advertise or do massage business. Sometimes texting new girls about a massage and they will just ignore to avoid any problems. Texting new girls to visit see her or hang out probably ok.
And do not ask about joint shower and table shower. It is illegal.

Many girls indicted often choose plea deal of "massage license" or " indecent exposure". Better than being guilt of prostitution as a woman. But all know what that means and it can follow her life forever (for example, when she meets a nice man and try to get green card interview, or being arrested in the future).

In NJ and some east coast states, massage practice without license is felony.
