First off, I am not rich, I play when I can afford the company but I have never been able to afford to fly a lady out for the weekend much less abduct one and keep her in a box under my bed. So I can speak on the topic of escorts not about trafficking.

My take is even if sex isn't part of the deal, sex is always a motivator and guys want sex with pretty women cause it feels good.

When they could get out they did, some couldn't take what they were doing and got out, some loved the easy money and will never get out.
