Man I hate this about SP. What time of day did you go? If anyone has any info about SP let know, PM or somthing. Been getting coffe there for years.

Stopped by this week for a cup of coffee. Doors were locked and when I tried to open the door two dogs came around the corner and chased me to my truck. Oh well.

I was on line tonight and saw that the sp was still listed as open. Is this place still taking customers? Anyone that could pm me details would be much appreciated. I feel like I have missed out on good things and hear that things are changing in nc. Could it also be possible in sc? I know that there has to be other places out there. Just looking and it is all a dream here.

Had a great cup of coffee today with Crystal at her place. Needless to say, I was very impressed by her attention to detail and enthusiastic service, and I'd recommend her over just about anyone I ever saw at SP or the fabled Trucker's.

Darlington County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people Friday afternoon in connection with a suspected brothel near Dovesville, Darlington County Sheriff’s Capt. Andy Locklair said.

Amanda Southards, 24, of Thomasville, N.C., is charged with prostitution and possession of cocaine, Locklair said.

Bobby Britt, 74, of Darlington has been charged with operating a brothel, the captain said.

Locklair said the two were arrested at Shady Pines Truck Stop on North Governor Williams Highway, which has been busted several times for prostitution.

Both suspects remain in custody at the Darlington County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings, he said.
