I heard that the the is trying to crackdown on the prostitution by arresting more Johns and sending out something called "Johns Letters" to those they catch on camera stopping for SW's. They claim that it reads your plates and sends out letters with the intention to shame Johns and dissuade them doing it again.

Also, with more and more Youtubers posting videos, your privacy could be at risk.

I drive by here once or twice a month for work. I see the ladies on the corners all the time with cops passing by. The cops don't really care and know what's going on. I think they only pull over customers when they are talking to the girls. Not too sure.

Le said we observed you driving 4-5 times passing and stopping trying to talk to street workers!

Asked for is cdl, proof of insurance and car registration and the usual 411 "why are you here"?

After le checked his cdl and papers the officer said "leave" and the next 10-15- minutes we see you?

You're getting a citation!

Said, see that street make a left or right and go north or south it will lead you to the 60 fwy or 10 fwy, get your ass on either! LOL.

Of course ne bolted, but le said they pegged his car for the next time he decided to drive by looking for thots.

Pomona PD has been getting a lot of pressure from residents and businesses, especially after the new law, so not surprising. I have a somewhat unique car with a unique color, so it's easier for cops to identify my vehicle. For that reason, I try to limit how many times I pass by certain areas in a short amount of time. I also have multiple dash cams and a GoPro in my car, so if I do get stopped, I'll just tell them I'm documenting prostitution in the area for my YouTube channel.

Pomona police have reputation for being aggressive about prostitution. Holt is also fairly wide open so it is much easier for LE to spot you. The cop was trying to scare you with a ticket. Personally I have not picked up any SW's there. I am usually not in the area these days.

May as well just see women through websites for a while and lay low, especially if LEO got something to prove or something.

We all know it is complete bs, cause there are mental cases, truly terrible and sick people out there lurking in the shadows but they come down hard on adults simply agreeing to something behind closed doors that people do either way, only that in this case it isn't about love but about a fair exchange.

I've also talked to a few girls there. The news and local intel definitely gave me some helpful tips. The main thing about LE is that they don't like to run undercover stings outside while there's a lot of real SW out because most of the girls know each other and are territorial. So, by only showing up at a certain day / time, you can reduce your chances of getting caught in a sting. However, you still have to watch out for cops that drive by or are parked in unmarked vehicles. I saw a black SUV stop a John and SW last week.

I know people get robbed or scammed in this game, but how many of you have actually had that happen to you? I have only been scammed but that wasn't on fig.

Haven't been in a while but it seems like if you stick to going at night, you might just be alright if you aren't a complete dumbass. Don't bring unwanted attention to yourself, don't let your ego control you and make you show out, just do your thing and mind your own business. Coming back from High Desert for a business day trip decided to cruise Holt Blvd in Pomona on the way home.
