It sucks that you had to come all the way here to find nothing but disappointment but the only scenes here (that I know of at least), are fig, western, and Santa Monica blvd from Normandie to Vermont.

In general the women have a NBA policy, and I don't mean to ruffle some feathers with the mods but this is not my own personal opinion, this is the reality of the trade. Regardless of the reasoning behind it, the simple and unfortunate reality is that the working girls are just following the rules laid out to them by their "higher ups" if you will. Maybe someone can pm you the reason why or you can just do your own research but yeah, fig, western, even if they are BSW themselves, they still might have a NBA policy.

Santa Monica is ladies that were born male, if that happens to be your thing, if it isn't then stay away from that scene. It is also mostly "Latinas" that speak mostly Spanish, they might speak to you in broken English.

Since you're willing to travel, I suggest you go to a white set like Baltimore, Tuscon Arizona, etc. I'm not even black but, have many complaints about people in Fig instructing and threatening the girls to refuse black men. Santa Ana used to be an alternative but, they let the people of Fig in there and now the Mexican ran hooker scene is ceased. Venice Beach tried fo male a comeback. I am not sure what you were expecting. I do like the racial intolerance tho. Let me guide you. First off, Ventura boulevard has never had ho hos. Ventura Boulevard is the stomping grounds of the san Fernando valley desk hen / mom / real estate agent / aspiring b movie actress. All of these are neo feminist types and will not suck dick for cash or tolerate their aggressively mediocre retail establishments being besmirched by hooking. The valley is preseason, but like all cultures other than western culture, is obsessed with its inferiority and convince of its superiority. If it let Ventura blvd fall to streetwalkers, the reality would crush the valley gestalt.

Sepulveda used to be a prostitute megaplex, as in mail in ballots used to be rejected at a pretty standard 2-4% rate before the honkening.

Sepulveda's street scene was ruined by an ex council woman who mandated that the popo bust every tom, dick, harry and john and any girls as well. The LE presence and the "gentrification / mexification" of the area kind of stopped the mongering. As far as I see, the area is well lit, there are few hourly motels if any, and it is just not monger friendly.

So, the valley is dead. And the homeless in the valley are the permanent type who are simply loco.

That leaves the following options:

Skid row. There is a downtown forum and you probably can get your dick sucked for 20-40 bucks. But the smell of the area is pretty bad.

Figueroa. An urban hellspot. A wretched hive of scum and villainy. It is dangerous, there is no meaningful LE presence, except for you cannot make right turns and you cannot have an amboo attend to a gunshot wound in the same day. It is 80% Nubian, about 15% obese messican, and 5% hideous white.

First off, Fig is mainly chocolate, probably a full 75%. There is probably 20% Messican. There is only 5% white or Asian. So, if you are rolling through Fig from gage to Florence, and there are say 50 gals, you are going to see maybe 2-3 white woomynz. It is highly likely that if they are not pigs, there are not woke and may have an NBA policy (no blacks allowed). So, first off you are fighting a numbers game to try to catch some white pussy. Then, being black is not going to help at all. I think you will have better luck on private delights.

Just go up and ask, most girls won't because theother young black dudes always chasing the girls and bothering them. Best advice is just ask and you might get one.

I rarely cruise Western av in recent years. I have seen few if any SW's worth picking up there.

If you want something under 20, your best bet is to scrape the bottom of the barrel on skid row. But that is an hour away depending on traffic.

You could try your luck at propositioning a random homeless person, but I'd say your odds are not good with that one.

There are 3 spots that I know of, western from say Melrose to 3rd, Figueroa from gage to century, and Santa Monica from Normandie to say Vermont.

Keep in mind the first 2 are women, the last one is, a him, a chick with a. If that's what you're into then more power to you, but if it isn't then just avoid that spot. I found out about that by accident, took the bus after I finished a night shift, slept and missed my stop. Woke up around Normandie, walked around because I knew the tell tale signs of ladies walking the walk but wanted to make sure if my eyes were playing tricks on me somehow and yeah, they were definitely ladies walking that walk but on closer look, they definitely had a more rugged look about them.

It is up to you if you want to drive around, further to check if they go further than those approximations, but that should be about right.
