Being that you're from out of town, I would only recommend going in the daytime. The night crowd brings out the locals and the vibe is different. I don't even go there at night.

I had some time to kill on a Sunday afternoon so decided to make a trip to Fayetteville. Visited RDYC after almost 2 years. After reading the recent updates my expectations were a bit low. Walked in and was asked about membership and I am pretty sure I had one but who carries those cards around. So I got one for $2 and got myself a beer. I was the only customer and there was a dude who was training a new bartender. Misty wasnt there. No girls at all. After a while another customer walked in with a women and they were chatting and playing pool. I stayed for about 30 minutes and left. I believe the place was up for sale and has been sold / pending sale. I am not sure what the future holds for Mistys and I hope they get a better place or things turn for the good. Right now it is pretty bad.

After this I drove to Sparkys which had a packed parking lot. I was happy to see that. Walked in and paid $4 cover charge. I miss the old man, there was some guy who collected the fee. I went to the bar to get a drink and scope the place. There were about 10-15 guys and just 2 dancers. Both were AA, spinner body type. One was with a guy the whole time I was there and other was dancing on the stage. The interior was a little revamped since my last visit 6 months back. There were some nice couches by the dance areas. I sat there for 30 minutes and left. Probably my first visit to Fayetteville without even getting 1 dance. Hope it was just an off day.
