I agree $120 is way to expensive even for gorgeous SW. Max pay for BBBJ is 60, in Seattle average is 40 but on rare occasion can find for 30. If you head south in Kent area of Hwy 99 I am only paying 30 now. No haggling, take it or leave it.

What does this new law mean in plain English?

They can now get you without doing anything to take action. Attempting to patronize alone, which can be a judgment call but the officer. Remember they have also shifted the way this state wants to charge people. Rather than the SW, they want the John, as they are now fighting "Human Trafficking" which makes them enforcing federal statutes, I. E. More grant money from DOJ.

What does this new law mean in plain English?

It means if you own a business where hooker or other types of pay for play activity takes place or generates from you can be charged if you knew and didn't stop it.

Like if you own the Wendy's franchise where girls meet dates and you don't kick them out or call the cops or hire a security guard dog the City of Everett could charge you with permitting prostitution activity on your premises.

It's mostly to nail coffee stand owners and spa owners and the like but it also affects motels, shitbox apt complexes, etc.
