I have never seen any SW on Casino Rd, unless it was a SW headed back home to those dive apartments along there. I've mainly seen them along 99 but not much anymore since covid hit. I'd say it was always about 70% to 80% along Broadway and the rest were stragglers along 99.

That other dude was very argumentative, combative, and seemed to think he was better than everyone else, so I took a lot of what he said with a grain of salt. I'm not saying you'll never find a SW along Casino but having worked in that area for years, I never saw one. At least they didn't give any signs they were, ie. Lots of them seem to hang out in the homeless camps in Clark Park and around Broadway too nowadays. Most SW are drug users. Most do not have stable residences and tend to couch surf or crash outside.
