I would have disagreed as recently as a few years ago on that idea. It's funny how pricing works. Many places in mass / RI are reported $70-$100 for BBBJ or CBJ plus full nudity, kissing, DTY, etc. Yet other providers offering HE only quickly ask for the same rates just for revealing some skin or allowing UTC.
