Although I have enjoyed my experiences with Irene her communication skills are horrendous. And I wholeheartedly agree that a basic response takes only a minute and her ignoring occasional repeated requests for a reply is annoying. If you've officially retired you could have an automatic response for customers who supported you all these years.

No FS is the standard in the central Mass area now, unless you find a UTR.
