That's not going to happen. LOL Even if I were still in the Charleston area. I would not bail her or any other provider out. I was just under the assumption that LEO took all personal property, including phone, when a person was locked up. There's a possibility she made a list of numbers to call before they took it but highly unlikely in my opinion.
