Does anyone recognize this ad that was in the "Creative" section of CL? I responded this morning but then the site went down a few hours later. Her had did not include a phone / text number. Does anyone have it or know her? Here's the ad, cut and pasted:

The attorney in me says that I'll be really interested to know if this actually passes constitutional muster, The Telecommunications Act initially held providers liable, but, the Supreme court struck it down (and gave website owners the indemnification that they had up until Wednesday). I fully expect the same to happen here with this, but, I do not know the timeline, and I honestly do not want to be the case that takes it to the SCOTUS.

There was no warning, I was looking at Craigslist this afternoon, found some possibilities, went to look tonight, and it's GONE, some Federal Government issue passed today, and I guess the personal section was targeted, so much for this site.
