Dear Comrade, there may be other places, but the only sure thing I know at this time after the Smokey shut down a few months before Covid hit, is this place on the left side of the road as you are approaching Myrtle Beach by car on the main artery 301. It makes a great way to begin a MB holiday, though you will be somewhat protein depleted when you arrive. Good table shower, good. Walk on- back massage, and thereafter all is on the menu. It's a long way from the beach, but good to receive full service.

Massage is so difficult to find these days (boy do I miss AMPs), anyway I found this on CL and she wrote back, but she said the massage and anything extra would be done with her boyfriend in the house.
