Interesting... good info. Have you ever had name brand V or any other generic V, just to compare to how this affects you? Do you have any side effects and if so, are they the same as any other V you've had?

I've never had anything besides the stuff from ADC but the symptoms I've experienced are exactly as all of the literature makes you expect. The interesting thing for me is that as the months go by, some of the bad symptoms have diminished while the good effects remain.

When I first started using it, just half a pill would make me feel severely flushed, my nose was so stuffed that NO air would pass at all, and I would have a dull head-ache. A full tablet would give me a bad head-ache that would last all day. I also experienced a slight drop in blood pressure to the point that if I would just squat for a few seconds and then stand up, my vision would get very dim.

Someone recommended taking a couple of Tylenol concurrent with this. That got rid of the headache but it basically offsets some of the good effects too. I would usually still be hard enough but had a real hard time finishing.

Now after six months, I take no Tylenol, I use Sinex nasal spray an hour ahead, and I take half a tablet. The results are consistently very good with no head-ache now and my base blood pressure level has adjusted back up close to what it was before ADC and I don't dim out anymore.

I'm wondering if my shippment was old (although it was in date on the packaging).

I had an order that took a long time to be delivered but nevertheless they arrived. They worked pretty well but I could count on a headache like clockwork. I have tried sinus pills, asprin, etc but the headache still lingers about 2 to 3 hours after.

It is ironic that the one thing that puts you in the mood also ruins the mood with the headaches. If I take them I plan the headache into my schedule.

My batch of 120+120 bonus from May '08 are pure white inside and are not bitter at all.
Half a tablet works every time for me on an empty stomach.
So, unfortunately I don't think we can determine the good ones VS the bad ones just from the taste and color.

All I know is that I've had generic V before and it worked. And it also tasted bitter. The Manly I got from ADC just simply didn't work. And it had no taste at all to it (it was also white on the inside). ADC made their guarantee good, except for the "bonus pills". It just concerns me that their product is "erratic"

Suppose It's possible to get a bad batch of Silagra, Penegra, Kamagra, or any other Indian V. Then you'd be complaining about that right? The price difference is quite a bit, between these generics!!

Yes. I'd complain about anything that didn't work.

I still wonder why they claim that Manly and Silagra is the same drug at the same strength but they charge two different prices. This was never explained.

So, Silagra from ADC is good. But it is almost four times the cost of Manly - $2/pill as compared to $.56/pill for the Manly ... There's no doubt in my mind that some of you got good stuff from ADC called Manly. There are too many reports indicating that.

Right. Anyone can research back on this Forum - or elsewhere online - ADC has satisfied customers using Manly now for at least a couple of years. I'm one of them, No Way you should pay 4x the cost for Silagra, Kamagra, Penegra, or any other Indian V.... when Manly by Cooper Pharma is the same thing - generic Sildenafil Citrate.

Sounds like you got a bad batch? I received a Manly shipment just a couple months ago and I can take 1/2 tablet, very effective. IF I take a whole, the side effects increase. The tabs have pink-ish powder inside when you cut them. According to reports I've read - this is the real Manly.

Maybe they just had a bad batch or something. They've had such a good reputation for a long time now and they did make good on their promise to replace the bad order. I'd have been a little disappointed in the order being cut in half, because of the double pill offer, but it is good to know they're true to their word. I'll be interested in seeing if any more bad reports come through. Like you, I have a good supply at the moment, but I would like to be able to order Manly again in the future with some level of confidence. Hopefully, it'll prove to be just an isolated incident and won't carry over to the future.

Got the replacement Silagra today from ADC. It came in blister packs, four to a card, then in a small box, then those in a larger box which was wrapped in plastic - a much more elaborate packaging than the "Manly". Everything was marked as you would expect. After skipping a meal to make sure I had an empty stomach I popped 50mg. I was encouraged to taste a distinctive bitter taste to the cut pill. The pills are light blue with a white center. The effects were exactly like the generic V I've been using - flushed feeling after 25 minutes, then good wood when aroused after that. This appears to be the "good stuff". I still have one or two more halves of my usual stuff that I'm going to continue to compare, but I'm pretty sure this Silagra is as good. It is DEFINITELY better than the ADC "Manly". That stuff is crap. I just flushed the remainder of my order of 120 "Manly" down the crapper. That's all it was good for. I doubt the germs in my septic tank will even get a boner from that stuff!

I'd like to pass that on. If anyone has some Manly they haven't used yet, taste it... if it is bitter it's probably OK, based on previous reports. But if it has no taste, I encourage you to seek a replacement from ADC. Take them up on their guarantee.

As far as I'm concerned, I have enough to last me for a while, but I seriously doubt I'll be going back to ADC next time I order. I've had it with them. At least they made good on their guarantee. If you are intent on buying from ADC, at least spend a few more bucks and get the good stuff. They actually list several pills on their website and claim they are all Sildenafil Citrate 100mg. So what's the difference? That should tell us something!

I'd like to hear from others who have ordered recently. I can't believe I'm the only one who got the "Manly shaft" from ADC. Or, maybe I'm just the first one.

Based on my estimate of the equivilent strength, I'd have to take 5 full tablets to get the same target effect as half a tablet of the generic stuff. Then the side effects would be out of this world! I'm not going to do that.

I haven't given the name of the place I got my previous order because I don't want anyone to think I'm endorsing them, but since you asked, it is rxgenericdrugs.com . I ordered from them just over a year ago and got 16 - 100mg tablets for $36. I just checked and their price is the same, but I thought I remembered their shipping being more than they are listing. The pills were shipped from India, like most are. They call their Sildenafil Citrate "Blue Pill". I got their name from posters on this forum in Oct. or Nov. 07.
Be aware, I did have some concerns because a few weeks after my purchase my credit card number got used for purchases I did not make. I never did find out who "sold" my number. It was probably just coincidence. In fact, I checked with the poster here that had recommended them and he had not had any CC problems after his purchase. I probably would have gone back to them for this last purchase had it not been for that problem, though. I ordered from ADC because of the good reports here. I don't doubt those reports, I'm just getting more and more convinced that ADC has changed their drug.

Let us know how the Silagra works. I once had a similar experience as you with pharmacy-on-line.com. My first 2 orders were the real V. My 3rd order tasted like chalk. They refunded my money after many complaints from me. I've seen the site you mentioned and it looks tempting but I sure don't need any CC problems!

I definitely did not have the same target effect as even 50mg of my previous generic V. If I had to guess, the 100 mg Manly was equivilent to about 10mg of the other stuff.

I do not normally need V to get the first erection. That will usually take care of itself. The benefit I get from taking it is a harder pecker for the first go-round and a much much faster recycle time which allows me to go for a second pop. I usually need an hour or two to recharge my batteries. V reduces that to minutes. But while I think this 100mg dose of Manly did a little something for me, it did not allow me to even consider a second pop in a reasonable length of time. I'm still convinced that the stuff ADC sent me as "Manly" is either cut severly or it isn't Sildenafil Citrate at all.

I'm still waiting on my replacement Silagra from ADC. We'll see...

Interesting reports. I found ADC through this site a few years ago and have ordered without problem, usually Manly and Caverta. Manly has always been good stuff, but not quite as potent as the Caverta, which is stellar. My second-to-last order of Manly was about 6 months ago, and my latest order showed up a couple of weeks ago. The new Manly is definitely not the same as before. I haven't had the opportunity to do a good test, but the new stuff is not bitter to the taste. I have an old one to compare it to. For him to say that chemically they are the same as always is just not true. Physically they are a little bit thinner, and harder to break. The question is over the taste though. I'll do a good test and report back, but if they don't work I will definitely be asking for a replacement.

Got an email from ADC today that my replacement order was sent on 12/20. This should be the Silagra that was promised by Derwood at ADC.

I haven't had a good opportunity to test a 100 mg dose of the Manly I received. I had one session with my ATF a few days ago, but I didn't want to experiment; I used one of my last 50 mg doses of the "good stuff" I've been using. I hope something is discovered soon, I only have two doses left!!

Fe Maiden - no, both the stuff I've had for a while that I got as generic V, and the "Manly" I got from ADC is white on the inside. The old stuff is bitter tasting and the new stuff (Manly) has almost no taste. My normal dose of the old stuff is 50 mg.

I had good results. I usually take a whole, and affescts to vary a little pill by pill, but that could have something to do with diet. On an empty stomach, they work well. ADC had no issues with that first order.
