As fast as I could walk. When I got to PedEast at 4 am I rode the shuttle with 3 guys who it was their first trip. I was very interested in this, but found out a DUI a few years back was going to be a problem in getting it. If it's your first time visit, just go to Hong Kong. Enjoy the land of hot women. Also, highly, highly recommend the taco stand at the corner on the right Hong Kong side.
