The waiters are all trying to get you to take a table because they make their money off tips too and if they seat you, they get your business. Just ignore them and sit where you want when you want. The price in dollars does change slightly at times. In terms of hotels, if you're staying at a limited time place (so you're paying for 4 or 8 hours) that's usually no in / out service. My favorite limited time motel is La Mansion. I've found their rooms to be the best quality, but don't go in expecting much. A lot of these limited time motels are just for you to have a bed and shower available. But they're cheap (can get a room for $35 even on the weekends).

I recently got m passport card and can now travel south for the first time in several years. Almost any pharmacy will carry some, though I haven't ever found specifically Viagra. Roma pharma does carry some under the brand called Maxifort. They charge more than usual per tablet, I think it's somewhere around 35 $ for 20 100 mg tablets, but I usually buy there just because it's convenient. No prescription necessary and I haven't run into any place that asks for one.

Quality seems fine. I haven't tried many other brands, but one Maxifort tablet will get the job done for me for a couple of hours.
