Really not a reasonable expectation to pull a BG back to a non-Zona hotel. You're better off staying overnight at the hotel above the bar, such as Cascades for HongKong or Tropical Bar.

Escorts are who go outside the Zona. Even street girls and walkers in Zona won't leave the Zona with someone they don't know. Its a personal security issue because working girls are often abused and occasionally assaulted. Your $200 isn't worth the risk.

You could get a BG to go to another Zona hotel (eg Playboy girl to Cascades) for a huge barfine but again, you really shouldn't be planning this scenario.

Usually you have to get to know them. At least one session at their hotel. After that YMMV but, the ones that get to trust you love to get out of the Zona.

Yes, barfine if you take her out of the bar during her shift. No barfine after shift is over or on her day off. If you do barfine there are some restrictions on hotels. The girls can't (aren't supposed to) go to hotels that are attached to competing bars. For example, Adelitas girls aren't supposed to go to Cascadas. Ahh, ok. I go sometimes 3 times in just a week. I think I saw Lindsey Sun, Tues and Friday last week. This weekend probably just Friday but I don't know.
