Rainy Day in TJ.

I'm from out of town and planning my first visit to Tijuana next week. The only time I have available is Monday night, I'm planning to arrive around 10 pm and stay until 2 or 3 am at the most. My concern is that being a Monday and 2 days from Christmas the town might be dead, will I still find cute girls during this time?
