That's the difference between the $$$ sharks and the real service providers. If you pick the right girl she will spend the full 30 minutes with you. Give you some massage, etc.

I know an ****** through work who lives in Mexicali. He tells me hotel del Norte is decent. Says there's a really decent restaurant right inside the hotel. I never did stay there but since he lives 5 min away I would think it's legit. I also know this time of year you could probably get a room there for super cheap. Off season. Good luck! Moe.

Street girls 20.00, room 5. 00.
Weekdays daytime you shouldn't offer anything over $60 and only pay $80 if you REALLY want to fuck her (or for negotiated services like BBBJ). Even in Hong Kong you can get $60 during the day for all but the hottest. The room is $19 at Hong Kong, a bit less at the other clubs. Monday-Wednesday you can get a room for the whole day at the Adelitas hotel for $20, so that's a nice perk if you plan on taking up those girls. It's basically a free room to store your stuff, charge your phone, or take up another girl later.
Also, just tip the cleanup guy a dollar. That's all they expect and no reason to pay more. Not like he's going to give you better service.
Street girls require a lot more negotiation. If you can bargain in Spanish and pay in pesos you'll get a much better deal. Remember that the initial offer from them ($20 to a gringo) will be her pulling down her pants and getting on the bed for you to fuck in one position for 15-20 minutes. If you want her nude, in more positions, CBJ, or more time, that's all extra and must be negotiated in advance. If you try to ask for it in the room the price will go up a lot.

Nice play-friendly hotels in Mexicali

I continue to be shocked by the guys that over think this. Prostitution is legal. The girls have health cards. There is a pecking order and any girl accused of short changing a customer just might find her spot given to someone else. You got to also figure the same thing with the street girls. There are better places and the places belong to the girls. She ain't going to mess up a good thing.

Thanks for all the updated info.
It's been about 10-12 years since I've been in TJ to play.
So does this seems like a solid plan.

Trying to see if the best plan would be go with a escort place which most are 125-150 a hour or do the bar scene and try to negotiate a full 30 minute for 80 bucks.

The deal is for 30 minutes in the room. If the girl wants to delay and take her time and cheat you of actual play during those 30 minutes, then you picked the wrong girl. Does it happen? Sure. Does it always happen? No.
Remember that the $80 bucks for the girl does not include $20 for the room. Remember that the escort does not include $30-50 for the room.
If you just want a cheap fuck, the street girls will do you for $20 plus $5 for the room.

There are a few cases where CBP screwed up and the government had to later settle in court: https://www.newsday.com/news/nation/...say-1.10605312.
By law, US citizens and American Indians born in Canada (with at least 50% American Indian blood)* are guaranteed entry.
*per8 you SC. 1359 and Akins v. Saxbe.
A recent case that wasn't at the border; it was at an internal checkpoint 70 miles inside the US: https://www.washingtonpost.com/natio...etained-texas/.
"Galicia had plenty, including a wallet-sized Texas birth certificate, a Texas I'd card and Social Security card, Galan said. But USA Customs and Border Protection detained Galicia anyway over suspicion that his documents were fraudulent".

I remember once standing behind a drunk kid who refused to answer the question, and kept saying "California" and waving his license. "I'm from California, man. Let me go home!" The agent pointed to Mexico and said "You just came from California. " and the kid turned around and left. Imagine he had to stand in line again.
There was always a convoy of cars there picking up the kids. Parents drove vans full of drunk teenagers home, and the big controversy was whether that was enabling the behavior or making sure they were safe.
I graduated HS in early 90's back when "no" passport was required. We would go to TJ almost twice a month to drink and party. Was hella easy to get whatever yo wanted but you had to be.
"extra" careful not to get busted. Local tj le would always harass americans to get easy cash by having you pay a bribe or else yo go to jail in the nissan datsun pickups.

Out of the dozens of times I've gone, not once have they ever stamped my passport book. The only person I normally have to show it to is the US security guards getting back into the US. Most of the time I can just walk straight into Mexico and only have to stop for the x-ray machine if I brought overnight bag with me. I think maybe 2 or 3 times did they have a security person on the Mexican side who stopped me and asks me why I'm going into Mexico. I just tell them I'm going to the Hong Kong club, and they just tell me to behave and stay out of trouble and that's it.
As for money, that all depends on what you go after. A street girl can cost you $20-$30 for a 10 minute quickie, but there's normally a $5-ish room fee, and you need to tip the guy a couple dollars who cleans the room after your done. Club girls can cost you about $100-$125 for a hour, plus room fees if you're not staying at the hotel connected to the club. I also never get mexcian pesos and pay with everything in USD. Most places in the Zona Norte will take USD, and some places will actually prefer USD over the peso. You may end up paying a little more, but I don't want to worry about having to deal with the left over pesos after I'm done.
Plenty of answers to "why" without letting the cat out of the bag even if they do. If it were me, I'd tell her that I needed to fill some scripts, or I had a toothache, or I wanted to look at some hand tooled leather goods in the market, or I was looking for a gift for her (requires buying something. The leather goods reason probably should as well) or there was neat festival advertised going on over there (again requires some planning) or you had a taste for some genuine great and duty free tequila to bring home, or any combo of the above. Be creative but not too creative.

You should have a passport to walk across into Mexico, I have seen them let people cross without one and with a drivers license.
