Soo i guess someone bailed jennifer out and they took her phone i guess but she has my number apparently and she kept calling and i didnt pick up and i checked my msg's to see what the hell she wanted and big suprise, she needed money. She's been saying that the detectives has been trying to get names and shit and pay her for every name she gives them. Can they do that or is this a joke she's trying to play on me to get money?

From my search there were about 23 girls ticketed for soliciting in just the Westside alone from 10/22 to 10/31.

I imagine that some of them don't want to chance another ticket before their court date. Maybe things will get better after the elections.

I did see Michelle Pack working Dana/Sullivant. She did some time in Marysville for setting up her dates to be robbed by 2 of her friends who posed as police officers.

I have not seen anything other than a couple skanks here and there for about 2-3 weeks. Maybe I am looking in the wrong places at night, but my guess is they are hiding from the cold. Maybe they are only working during the day?

I think you have a lot of options here;

1. Change your cell phone number if you are overly concerned about her.

2. Call the jail. Let them know she is calling you and threatening you.

3. I'm no rocket scientist or lawyer, but it seems to me she might be committing a crime. I don't think Extortion applies, but I do think Coersion applies; http://onlinedocs.andersonpublishing...a/11b89/11b8f?

If you don't have any baggage, fuck it, throw it back in her face and file charges on her. She can't prove shit against you, but if she is calling and leaving threatening messages, you can prove she is committing a crime.

If she calls back collect, don't accept the charges. If she is using a third party to call you, they will get tired of paying her phone bill and stop accepting the charges. You know the collect calls are expensive as hell from jail. Check your caller ID. Simply put, if you don't recognize the number and/or name, ignore it. If she does get through, play her game. Tell her you are taping the call and that you have talked to your lawyer and that your lawyer told you that he will have charges pressed against her if she threatens you again or even calls you back. I think she is all talk. Just turn the tables on her.

Worse case scenario, change your phone number.

P.S. She hasn't called me. Has she called anyone else other then HotRodz?

Yes they do - so it sounds like somebody else making the calls or she is conference calling via a third party. Either way - ignore it.

Dont bond her out under any circumstances. I hope you arent seriously considering that. Dont even talk to her. Ive only been with her once and didnt think the money was worth it, per her appearance. Theres many more younger and more attractive ladies who will do it cheaper. I only went to her house once and was sure not to park right next to the place either, maybe thats why I never had any problems?

So a hooker is going to tell the cops that a guy dated her? Unless there is some other crime involved I doubt that it would cause them to do anything. You might get a letter saying something to the effect, "you should get tested for STD's". She can't prove that money exchanged hands or that anything sexual occured. If you get your name on a bail form then they could consider you a close friend and possible accomplice in any other crime that they are investigating her for now or in the future.
