Being an IV drug user, she has a high probability of having staphylococcal meningitis, and also endocarditis. The former has an up to 77% mortality rate. The latter isn't a whole lot better. She will probably have to stay in the hospital for a long time to get vancomycin intravenously injected.

First of all, my prayers go out to Diamond. I hope she gets better.
