[QUOTE=Booty Pirate]Is on by LE, at least in CB and B.
What's up with all the Baltimore Sheriff cars out? I've seen them all the East side buzzing all around. Never saw any before .

That's why I stick to the Clix.

Is on by LE, at least in CB and B. I watched a LEO weave thru the alleys "shadowing" a known SW. I got the flock outta there after only two passes. It's one thing to go with a sure thing - its another when you can't even get to the sure thing! Talk about cock blockin'. Another two WSWs were enjoying the beautiful weather and a bit of conversation this morning before lunch at the bus stop near the church on Patapsco in B-lyn and wouldn't you know it - yep. LE sittin' right across the street watching them. In another one of my "Goodfellas" moments, the LE vehicle pulls away from the curb and gets right up on me. I become Ray Liotta in a heartbeat but just as suddenly, the LEO pulls away, himself committing at least 2 moving violations, and disappears.
So after witnessing near LEO to SW coverage, I bailed. Hope others had better luck.

I have sampled some of the wares of Garrison Boulevard/Reisterstown Road recently and I am absolutely amazed at the widespread heroin addiction. Picked up a well-spoken black lady who gave no indication that she was an equestrian and she turned out to cop. Some of these women look fine. They came in all shapes and sizes; in fact, the giood-llooking onces I have picked have not had a CCL look about them at all.

After reading the post by I Am An Idiot I decided I needed a visit to W/W land.
W/W was jumping with girls Monday. A fair amount of LE also. I saw a hot blond on Wilkins by either Pulaski or Smallwood. Curly blond with some meat, I couldn't swing around fast enough and another beat me too her.
I spotted Yuh and decided to go with the sure thing. She didn't disappoint.

I picked up a nice blonde yeterday on Eagle, past Payson. Can not recall her name but I want to say it was Holly (I really do not think this was right). I really wanted a place so I went to the kool aid stand. The lady working it lent us her room for 1/2 jack. Typical shit hole for the area, I would not keep my pets in there. She has wonderful skills. Her tongue work is great and will gargle, blow bubbles, and keep it forever. She is 5'6" mabe 120lbs, with great C cups. We toured the hole world. She had no digits, which is a damn shame.
The one thing I truely dislike about SWs is they wonder. You find a really good one, and bamm, she dispears off the face of the street only to surface way after you have forgotten them. This is the one reason why escorts are pretty good. You can find a good one and become a regular. The expense is different, but as we all know in life you get what you pay for. When times are tough, it is hard to beat a good chicken head.

I have seen a SW with a composition book more then once. Conklin Street Jen likes this look. She has tried for the schoolgirl look as in high school, not college. If you need any help with your fantasies send me a PM, I'd be glad to help you out.

I have never partaken of an escort except in Boca one night. That was a great experience but her kid kept crying for water. We were at her house which was in this very plush neighborhood. Of course, every neighborhood in that part of Florida is nice. Perry Hall is a slum in Boca.
Terrific body. Worked out 2 hours a day. It showed.

I met this fine young tourist a couple nights ago. She was very nice. She was also safe and had a very comfortable place to be.

Another thing the politicians and high ranking LE love is the "on the table" publicity. That's where they have a press conference and show large amounts of seized guns, drugs, and cash on a table.
Erlich did put in an initiative 2 years ago to use drug treatment for treating addicts instead of just putting them in jail. The problem is with the mandatory minimum sentencing laws in effect, this cannot become a reality until those laws are changed.
Drug dealing is a criminal matter, and should be dealt with appropriately. Drug addiction is a public health emergency. As Larry says, most of them are mentally ill as well. Until politicians and the public see it this way, nothing will ever change. It doesn't matter who is in office, and what party they are affiliated with.
I like the new ad campaign for the city: "Get in on it!" Sounds like some kind of pyramid scheme going on.
