I visited supra last sunday, I was going to I bar, but for some reason I ended at supra. Yes the fee is ALWAYS taken upfront and almost always collected by the mamsan but in few cases, especially after Black Wed, I have had the girls take it. Sounds like some of the mamsans got "representation"!

As for the "tip" on the otherhand, I never like to leave it out till the deed is done!

What AMP ever let anyone get away with anything other than paying the house first? There was nothing cuter than the girl coming in the room, holding one hand palm up and tapping it with the back of her other hand and saying, "house pay."
No $ upfront; no nothing never mind no girl.

Another tip to get on the good side of a provider: after the TS, before the girl squats to dry your legs, offer to dry them yourself.
