And then again I ran across this girl again, the one with the cop story kinda hidding behind the st vincent de paul thrifty store. She looked really hot again.

I normally post on the Detroit board. I had a pretty nice time, but I have to say I had better luck with the semi-pros downtown (i.e. the girls panhandling near the various parks, near Seattle Center, down in the waterfront market area) than with the girls along 99. (I found 99 hard to navigate -- it's hard as hell to do a subtle (heh) turnaround to get a second look at a girl, all the while trying to navigate the fairly ridiculous LE presence...)

I picked this one up, but I kicked her out right away, as she looked to rough for my taste.

Big Baller, that is Jasmine AKA Jas AKA Jaz AKA Jasmine Nicole, who I first ran into over a year ago. She stays near northgate and is on the KK stroll between 130th and 145th most weekdays lately. She dies indeed look a bit rougher in your pix than she was when I last encountered her a couple of months ago -- and much rougher than when I first gave her the Jimi Hexdrix Experience(TM) last year (see links to archive photos from our first date) -- but she's been in jail a few times since. She does keep herself relatively clean most of the time and would be a very nice YOUNG (but legal) blonde girl if she didn't take the occasional crack hit. She DOES know how to suck a golf ball through a garden hose though! She also knows how to polish the knob slow and subtle if you tell her too. She's generally unhurried and works for cheap, although sometimes you have to be insistent to keep her in line -- just like a lot of young SWs. I prefer to take her away from the strip quickly after the pickup because I think she's pretty well known to LE. Last time She did me, I got a satisfying BBBJTCWS for .15 (IAIH) and a ride -- well worth it...

Uh, no, I don't get important legal info from cop shows, or Google. There is still alot of misinformation on Miranda rights. They were watered down last year, but they are not gone. They are STILL required to read your rights when you are arrested, as well as "custodial interrogation." In the Denver case, he was arrested, and also could have been in "custodial interrogation" the moment they put cuffs on him. I am basing my observation on his sequence of events.

So they ask me to step out of the car and I see she is in cuffs against what is now the 3rd car at the scene. He asks me, ‘so was she giving you a blowjob or was she just tired?’ I smiled and said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. He then says, “I’m going to fuck up your entire life right now if you don’t start talking.” I repeat the same thing. I even add, “Nothing illegal was happening here officer.” He puts the cuffs on me and says, “This usually improves people’s memory”.

Stopping him and restraining him meets most if not all state's legal definition of an arrest especially since the cop thinks he has probable cause. Putting cuffs on him seems like a clear indicator of an arrest to me. The cop is asking questions and making statements to elicit a response (which is also considered interrogation) while the the suspect is being taken into custody which seems to me to be custodial interrogation. But it's somewhat of a moot point. The guy didn't incriminate himself which is good. You have the right to remain silent. You should use it.

Edit: Actually, his post doesn't say that they asked him anything after he's cuffed and taken into custody. But in any event it's not like cops always give due consideration to people's rights.

Very tough break for that Denver guy if it's all true.

I was watching a show about the history of Mirenda Rights. It is a little fuzzy, but I think the show was saying police are not required to read you your rights. Has something to do with a cop show doing it on tv all the time (Dragnet, I think) that made the public believe it was required. I am not 100% sure because I was not really listening that closely to the show and it was a while back.

I What is VERY interesting to me, that no one else commented upon, was the claim the he did not get his rights read to him. That should get it thrown out quickly by any attorney worth their salt, and your money....
