Good reminder Davey. It all seems so casual, picking her up, exchanging names and other small talk, mostly in the course of one or two minutes.
Then BAM--- Big Trouble!!! Often times we forget the seriousness of our actions out there. The legal issues to our getting caught (and it can happen to any of us no matter how careful we are) are pretty scary. Much better to get a few regulars with working phones. Any time you make a pick-up on the street you are spinning the chamber (with way lower odds) once again.

Hope this helps..I was pulled over once a few years ago and admitted nothing at all and I was let go. If you say nothing it's hard for them to arrest you.



Here it goes:

Let's say I pull over and invite someone into my car. We drive away and an officer pulls my vehicle over. I haven't commited a crime

The officer might have just cause to pull me over. What he witnessed was a female who he knows to be a prostitute enter a males vehicle in an area that is "infested" with drug dealers and prostitutes. What he witnessed was "Suspected"; he has "Just Cause" to investigate.

So he turns on the Christmas tree lights and you pull over...
LESSON 1: DON'T ADMIT TO ANYTHING - EVER!

The officer probably will leave you in your vehicle and ask your young friend to step to the back. Depending on the SWer and your relationship with her she's going to do one of two things. LIE is one of them. She DOESN'T want to go to jail. And if she get arrested she would appreciate it if the officer charges her with the minimal statute. She likely to cooperate with the officer. So if the two of you talked pay-for-play she'll "implicate" you.

Hopefully you just said hello and didn't get into any $$$ yet. As far as you're concerned you haven't done anything illegal. The officer isn't stupid. He knows you haven't broken the law - and, he knows exactly why you picked up your new female "friend." HE will start a little speach about prostitutes, drug dealers, STDs...yada yada yada... and inform you that your new friend has been arrested numerous times for prostitution and possession...Don't answer anything but, "I haven't done anything wrong. I just offered her a ride...she looked like she needed a lift." REMEMBER - THE OFFICER IS CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION.

So let's say you just picked her up; she hops in, does a Jimmy check and the two off you start talking half-and-half, ben - jackson and abe...and then the cop take you down. I'd be real worried about then 'cause she's not going to attempt to lie her way out of it to save your ass. You're both probably going for a ride. If she's lucky with minimum charges if she's not holding any dope. If you're lucky it will be your 1st offense - it still will hurt your wallet.

LESSON 2: THE COP ISN'T YOUR FRIEND Don't give him (or her) too much information. If your friend hasn't already admitted to "solicitation" or your "offer to" then all the officers can hope for is for you to ADMIT YOUR GUILT.

If your friend has already "implicated" you, the officers are probably trying to get you to implicate yourself. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! DON'T ADMIT ANYTHING! EVER!!!

Even though she's a known prostiute her accusation alone might get you arrested - it might not get you charged. You might be released without charges at your arraignment. If both of you admit your involvement your both in trouble and will probably be charged.

LESSON 3: DON'T ACCEPT PLEA DEALS (Unless your counsel advises you to) Worst case scenario...you get arrested, prior to your arraignment an ADA (Assistant Disctrict Attourney) might offer you a plea deal. He might say something like, "The arrest report indicates you admitted offering money for sex...If you accept this plea and sign here you can go home in about two hours." If you accept what the ADA just did was clear hours of work from the schedule and increased their conviction stats.

What the ADA doesn't tell you is that there is avery good chance the magistrate at the hearing will accept your plea of not guilty and release you. The only witness against you is a prostitute. She probably doesn't have a permanent address and chances are she won't be in custody when you trail is scheduled, so the likelyhood that she will be around to testify against you is practically nil.

My learned advice: Don't talk business until you know your in the clear. I've been stopped twice since 1989 once in Miami and once in Broward County. The Miami experience sucked, i got arrested, my car got impounded, 2-1/2 day wait for my arraignment, $900 for an attorney and two court appearences to clear the matter up. In 2001 BSO let me off with a warning - there was absolutly nothing they could have done couse we hadn't talked business and I had smartened up.

Some of the girls that I have spoken with say that having their pictures posted has not made much of a difference either way. Others have said that guys have complimented them after recognizing them from pictures I took. Many of these girls have been seen on other sites like CraigsList. (We all know that LE checks out CL. What’s the difference if a girl is recognized from CL or USASexGuide?) As for whether my pictures helps other mongers, I don’t know. But again, I would point out that lots of sites post pictures of girls and guys use the pictures as part of their decision making process.

This is the Internet for Christ sake. The World Wide Web. People from Kansas, Baltimore and wherever have the right to drive the Web. Get over it. Besides it does not seem to be all that much reviewing traffic being posted or blocked. Once a picture has been posted it’s out of my hands (no pun intended), if some dude in Nebraska want to jack off, more power to him, it’s not my problem. Likewise, if some guy in Philly wants to get his rocks off – not my problem.

But you are right about a couple of things. Dumb, to have put my car out there like that. But it’s done, and there is no way to undo it. My only recourse is that they made more then one when they made mind. Further, why would anyone other then LE be interested in me and my car? You are right, that was a dumb move.

As to whether I will still post photos…hmmmmmm, let me think about that.

So, now that I know that there is a segment of the board that would discourage honor among hunters, I’ve altered my technique, somewhat. (Off topic: I have heard from three different sources that the district LE plans to remove all SW traffic in the business shopping areas prior to the Christmas shopping season. One source stated that it was an effort to check shop lifting, pick pocketing and similar types of crime that increase during the holidays and to appease the area store owner. Another source thought it was simply an effort to clean up the area before 2007. Has anyone else heard this rumor?)

You must be Good Looking or you have that Aura about you for the girls to just be that comfortable with you to take pictures, etc..

In NYC & my trips to Philly, once I pulled out my camera or asked to take pictures, they All bolted out of the car;

The K this past weekend has some Skanks by the park & Cumberland Farms. Most of the good looking skinny ones are by Ontario, Alleghany, Leghih(?) & that first subway stop north of Leghih(?).
Like most of you posters says if you hit a gem then go for it, because everytime I turn around (U Turn) they're either gone or I see them get picked up. The ones I do pick up (rate 8-9 in appearance & hygiene) simply are not down with the pics; What I did get out of this is that they charge 50-60FS in hotel 40-50 in the car; That's cheaper than what I can find in NYC streets. This weekend just wasn't my night.

The other downside is that there is alot of LE around the K & the upside of it is that there is alot of You Mongers out there with BIG Ford & GM Trucks that have tinted windows & tricked out monster tires that help blend my car in with the crowd so that I don't look to obvious to LE

I've tried to make this point numerous times but Cookiejar doesn't get it. It's not a personal thing, (I'm sure you're a nice guy) his photos just aren't good for anyone. They're not good for the girls, for us true mongers, and for him. I think people have pointed out on numerous times we know his car from the photos. I mean how insane is that?

The only people they're good for is all the people who flock to this forum from out of state. Look at the people below me from Kansas, Baltimore and CT talking about their love for CJ. Well we really appreciate all you guys helping this forum with your detailed reports.

We don't have all of that here yet, but I expect some or maybe all in the coming months as we have an election for a new head crook in the city next year.

You already have 2 blue light surveillance cameras as part of a pilot program. They are planning on expanding it based on it's success here in Baltimore.

1. You need to work on your ADD. If you actually read and understand what CJ wrote you would know that the problem was not the posting of the pics, but the ASSHOLE printing out and showing of the review to the girl.

2. There is not 1 girl out on the streets , especially the K, that the cops don't know about by the end of her first day.

You need to work on posting a fucking report, not worrying about my "ADD", (Although I do suffer from Asshole Disdain Disorder). I had enough of an attention span to look at all your posts, and in 77 of them, you've never reviewed a SW or other provider. You provide color commentary and that's it. Are you Hizark?

My point is that not everyone wants to be posted on the internet, any more than you'd like your photo on an internet site where mongers were "outed." If a private citizen did that to you, you'd be able to sue him and recover, as well as have him criminally charged. Of course this won't happen, since you obviously don't patronize such women. But the point is, the law protects your right to privacy. What is it about a SW that entitles her to less protection? Just your desire to spank it? Or the false sense of superiority and power you sometimes see on this board from those who disparage SWs and treat them as less than human beings? The latter are truly the weakest and most pathetic among us.

I'll say it again. There's nothing wrong with posting pics if the SW agrees knowing that's what's going to be happening. If you're exposing someone to all the world in a criminal light under false pretenses, that shit has a way of coming back at you. I'm not making a moral judgment, just stating a fact that only the naive or stupid would ignore.

This could have come down even without said "asshole" disclosing the pics; it could as easily have been a SW seeing the report herself. We've had SW post on here in the past (Tall Cheyenne), and more than one I've run across has personally seen the site and knew what was being said about her. So the fact that a third party is involved in this particular instance doesn't mean shit. I have nothing against CJ but if he's doing what he does by deceiving the chicks, it's inevitably going to come back on him somehow, that's all.

As for the idea that the cops are all-seeing and all-knowing, you obviously don't know many Philly cops. There are also plenty of girls that are there and gone and never spotted since it's such a one-off thing for them. Things are rarely so absolute as you seem to believe.

While you may have heavy LE presence in Philly, it is probably nothing like what we have in Baltimore for any of you thinking of making that 2 hour drive.

Our loops or strolls are in heavy crime and drug infested neighborhoods where there is a concentration of prostitution, drug dealing, robberies, shootings, and murders. They all seem to be inter-related.

Over the last 2 or 3 years it has gotten worse and so much more dangerous for mongering. Much has a lot to do with the political cycle and the desire to look tough on crime. We are hoping things will ease up now the local elections are over.

Here is a sample of some of the LE tactics being used here:

* surveillance cameras;
* flood lights to light up those infested neighborhoods;
* increased use of marked and unmarked police cars;
* helicopter surveillance;
* LE decoys;
* neighborhood watch who record tag numbers and turn them over to LE;
* two man foot-patrols;
* redirect traffic routes to harass mongers;
* LE checkpoints;
* Barricading or blocking off high crime streets;
* following suspected mongers for several blocks until they leave area;
* threatening SW's with arrests unless they turn on their drug dealers;
* conducting stings throughout area;
* patrolling known no-tels, taking tag numbers and the like; and
* stopping suspected mongers for minor traffic violations.

It's a jungle out there and you can never be too cautious. LE loves to catch a monger with an SW and make an example out of both. They are cuffed and forced to sit on the curb so passersby's can see what is happening before taking them down to central booking.

If all this isn't enough, those mongers who are caught have their names listed in the newspapers. It makes no matter whether you are convicted of the crime, your name will be listed if you are arrested.

The more arrests, the better the politicians think it makes them look.
