Went to SA MP based on Cash Value info. Saw the latina, very cute, same deal, very leary about LE, went through my wallet to make sure. Asked how much I had said I have a ben, she goes to take it and I say what does it get me? She says you know...man am i stupid. got happy ending but nothing more but a pulled up top and pulled down jeans. Will not return.

Your right, they were pretty crazy to think that they could get away with this kind of thing in a city like Yorba Linda. Then again, there are a couple popular brothels as I understand it, in Irvine.

As far as their disposition, I'm sure both ladies plead guilty to some prostitution charge, and served a token amount of time, or just got probation. Leaving Yorba Linda likely had nothing to do with it, since once the police turned it over to the OC DA, Yorba Linda had no input into the sentencing or restrictions.

I put Sunny Ha's name into google and found this article:

In six paragraphs from the bottom of the article, it mentions Sunny Ha, in 2002, at age 52. Since this is 2006, and the current articles claim her age to be 56, I'd guess this is the same person.

Now, if anyone really wants to know the final disposition, I just called and it seems somewhat simple. Go to the criminal courthouse. One needs to stand inline and order a search by name, which will cost $15.00, and will give the case numbers. One can then order the public case records, which from what I understand will basically include what the people charged the defendant with, and the final disposition of the case.

Lastly, looks like what ever the final disposition, neither Soon Kim or Sunny Ha are currently in custody. You can check this at:

You need a last name, at least a first initial and an age range. If you don't know the age, then simply go through the age ranges one by one. In this case, Soon Kim is 53, Sunny Ha is 56.

In today OCR, there is an article that states that Dana Point is going to slow down the proliferation of AMPs in their city. They don't want any hankey pankey in their fair city.

The korean mp tend to have younger more attractive providers. Service not bad but also not great. And they also cost more $.5

The apartment (chinese) style tend to be more of a GFE. Not to say there are less attractive, just that they have more mileage on em. The ones I go do now they tend to not offer FS for non-chinese speaking clients unless taken there by a regular. They also redirect the trusted clients to another apartment in the area. The discussion the last couple days has been interesting. I find this kind of info more useful than specific provider reports. Special thanks to patbutter. Great post.

I've never been to an apartment but my immediate concern - at least the first time - is I might be walking into a sting. Not sure how reasonable this concern is.

While the advantages of apartments for owners/providers mentioned below make sense, do they extend to clients? My experience is exclusively with AMPs and after the first few times, I guess most guys know the routine. It's been a while since I TOFTT, even going to places for the first time. I guess if you're looking for FS or younger fresher providers maybe. It also seems to me there's more chance of a trafficking element in these places but that maybe overstating it. I'm happy with a simple happy ending.

Honestly, I think AMPs deserve credit for making productive use of aging neglected office space. Part of the experience for me is the funny Blade Runner-world vibe you get from some of these places. And in agreement with what patbutter said, I guess (and hope) a lot of cities don't mind having a business occupying and contributing to the economy so long as they're discreet about it.

Let's see, the cops telephoned for an appointment, the cops visit a private residence, the cops offer money for sex, the Korean ladies say "Okay", and the cops book the pair for prostitution. H-m-m-m!

I'm guessing that the 2 Korean women rightfully got scared of the down-the-road consequences and consented to leave Yorba Linda, be good girls, and never to return to Yorba Linda.

Consequences like incurring exorbitant amounts of legal defense expenses, possible jail time, possible deportation.

The moral to that story = NIMBY (an acronym standing for "Not In My Back Yard")

Yorba Linda is an affluent north Orange County community that protects its skyrocketing property values. It would be outraged to learn any kind of naughty activity is going on just down the road from the Richard Nixon site of his grave/library etc. Nixon was very conservative and so is his community neighbors in YL. Bad place to start a massage parlor. Forget about those MPs around Lakeview Street and Yorba Linda Blvd (they're all legit!).

These 2 Korean ladies got rightfully scared and bailed.

But the law is no deterrent for others to try a private MP business , just do it in a community that is not so easily agitated but such thing. Try Bell Gardens (big gambling casino, modestly priced homes).

I overlooked one important issue re: Vicks. That was pointed out to me by another respected Senior Member. Linda apparently did not want the ad on CL, someone else posted it, while the ad IMO was not incriminating in any way, no one should enter an ad on CL without the express permission of the establishment being posted about.

Does that apply to this Forum? Perhaps, but if we censor ourselves IE not posting provider names, or specific services provided, we may be able to maintain the reason for this forum and protect the establishments themselves. I guess as always common sense must apply. The dilemma that we all must consider is do we postor not?, do we share info or not? And if the answer is not, why do we need this or any other forum?

I believe CL has a much broader adudiance, is more public and much more well known that this one, I could be wrong, but I still think that while LE may read all forums I do not think that they will attempt a bust unless they have hard evidence to base probable cause upon. In other words they are looking for a sure thing, after all ,usually the most they get is a misdomenor bust. Pay the fine and out.

Most AMP busts are due to carelessness of the providers, complaints by annoied neighbors and disgruntled customers.

I could be very wrong about all of this...its just my opinion.

Police blotter: Brothel discovered on Portsmouth Road

Brea Police Detectives arrested two women for engaging in prostitution from a condominium in the 5900 block of Portsmouth Road on Jan. 11.

Detectives discovered a Web site that appeared to be for a brothel being run out of the condominium and made an appointment.

Sunny Ha, a 56-year-old resident of Garden Grove, and Soon Keun Kim, a 53-year-old resident of Los Angeles, were arrested when detectives negotiated a transaction that included sex acts for money. The women were released from custody with notices to appear at the North Justice Center.

"There were just beds and condoms lying around," said Darrin Devereux, Brea police spokesman.

Detectives believe approximately 10 customers a day were visiting the location.

This is the first brothel found in Yorba Linda, Devereux said.
