A law was passed in July that "authorizes the NC Board of Massage and Bodywork therapy to license and establish rules for establishments that provide massage and bodywork therapy services. The effective date is October 1st, 2017. ".

I went by there on Saturday. Like you said, busy out front. The girl was tall and pretty but gave me the impression I was bothering her by being there. Paid for hour and was push out after 30 minutes. 10 of which was Table a Shower by the lady in charge.

That place is WAY over priced $ for happiness clothed, 1. 20 for topless and 1. 60 for underwear and topless. And that's using her hand only.
