I have been to Kyoto twice in the last 3 months and had good luck both times similar to description below. I am not sure names matter as no one seems to stay more than a month. Both times got fairly attractive women under 35 (one said she was 28) who were attentive, non-rushed and made sure I was happy. Can't say the massages were great but they were ok. Was going to try Nice Spa for the first time Thursday and was sitting in the parking lot about to go in. I noticed a car pulled into the parking lot of the motel right in front of Nice.
