The standard rate is $200. That includes door fee. It will get you everything you want at a FS AMP. If a rub and tug is all you want then $100 should do it including door fee. I have learned it's best to leave the tip on the book shelf or table stand before the session starts. Makes it goes smoother and the provider knows what you really want. That's for the FS places.
