I think you're replying about the wrong Jennifer here. The linked ad about Jennifer is an independent in South CLT. You're citing house fees and AMP prices. Is the girl below at a spa somewhere? There shouldn't be a house fee given that she's independent.

Happened to stop by aloha a couple weeks ago and noticed they were open serving apple pie. Had a great time and she was amazing.
