I visited Kyoto this past Friday. Went by around lunch time and drew Tammy. Paid house fee of. 60 for hr. Table shower was very nice. She made sure I was very clean. Yeah, except his page says he has recruited others to help him stake out places as volunteers, so it probably isn't always him that you'd see. I think he has a profit motive of some kind. Not sure what it is though. I think he takes "donations" to help his cause at a minimum. Maybe time will tell. I'm sure he reads the posts on this site.

As he has an outsized ego, has posted his photos. You can identify him and know who to look for. Nothing about this guy strikes me as altruistic. I would bet he's had trouble in all other endeavors he's tried and is trying out the role of Knight in shining armor. Strange psychological profiles produce strange people.

And as far as him hanging out at low class hotels he knows the vermin would stick that camera in his. Well you know. Real street people handle these problems quickly.

You probably should check out his Facebook page to see what's on there. I doubt that he or his friends are doing anything like what you said that would subject them to LEO attention. They just want to intimidate and shame clients of the establishments in an attempt to reduce demand for the offered services so that the businesses will suffer financially and close down. I would think that if you approached them, they'd just take even better close-up pictures of the confronter and post them as well. A number of local politicians are friends on his page, so getting yourself more public exposure with really clear, up close pictures would only hurt the reputation of the confronter, I'm afraid. He's just a puritan who can't tell the difference between true trafficking from honest working girls. Instead of hanging around the occasional parlor, he would better serve his cause of stopping true trafficking, especially of minors, by occasionally hanging around the seediest motels and look for underage girls with handlers. He's wasting his time meddling in other peoples private lives going after Asian or American girl massage parlors. Sheesh!

You are in public and have no reasonable expectation of privacy. I am surprised a few individuals interested in the success of the establishments have not spoken to him in a very direct manner. We as concerned citizens should call, our uncle anytime we see him if we think he is doing something suspicious, like watching questionable movies and engaging in self-satisfaction. Or consuming alcohol. You do not have to correct. You are just sharing your perceptions. The vaguer the better. You do not have to leave your name or call from a pay phone. But as we learned after 9-11, if you see something say something. After a few contacts with our uncle, he might discover as he is watching, he is being watched.
