This string of posts got me intrigued to check it out. Verified it's a FS place. Located on Colorado east of the mattress store a few more businesses, about 70 yards east from Rosemead.

Checked this place out a couple weeks ago. Very clean and organized place. Lady was friendly, gave a great massage, and offered HE unprompted (she wasn't pushy with tips either).

40/120 is the avg. Staying healthy on lake is another option.

Expensive, but the two girls I've seen there have been attractive (early 30's), willing and able. Too expensive for a regular visit (40+140 for the whole enchilada), but can't say it wasn't worth it.
