At different times an at different places on W Wed 4 ladies WHITE an one man were arrested for trespasing. More LE harrassment trying to keep neighbors happy. These were hours apart. Probably no more than sitting on someones front step or on a wall. It does not take much for LE to stop someome so be careful guys.

She had short brown hair. As far as the bipolar issue, I could definitely see that being a thing but she was okay with me when I saw her. She did seem a little paranoid but once she got to work she was pretty focused.
