Was driving down w around 10 am -11 am and no girls out. Used to spend a lot of time in Hartford, yet has been many years.

I used to pick up SWs on Broad Street, and Maple Ave. And met a few SWs in New Britain.

They walk on Wethersfield Avenue, Colt Park corrider as well.

What time frame are you guys seeing action there?

It's not just Niles and it's not a specific time. Niles, Farmington and the connecting streets that Ron mentioeds. The traffic is not as consistent as W, but there are some gems to be found. It's just hit or miss. I've had luck morning, noon and night, and I've found it dry several times more.
