Not much on Ave as it looked like the weather slowed it down plus the weekend festival so I headed back to Webster then Park.

It was after 10 an I was about to give up when I spotted that white lady coming out of a small bar. I had seen her days earlier.

Swung around an made eye contact an went down Broad. Sure enough I was soon joined by Bebe as she called herself. About 5 ft 6 inches, Curly light blond hair to shoulders. She says she is 26 an comes out only when she needs money. Not cheap. Worth a motel room. A user for sure but pleasant an not pushy.

Long time reader never post till now I've been around along time I know Heather back when she danced at kohoots and many other places. She been fuck up in the head for ever any will never change. If and when she pops back up on the street make sure you double wrap it because today she has some that no what's and you fix with a pill.

Tues black SW from Manchester was busted on Elizabeth 36 YO 5 ft 4 115 lb that is 13 in last 12 days by my count plus 1 john. One I did not mention before was on Huntington. So they are all over the city. It seems random to me.

I was out Mon. Night around 8 to 9 on Park an Webster. I staid away from the Ave. All was quiet until 9 when both Raquael an a white SW in her 20's appeared on upper Park. I made eye contact an nodded an pulled around a corner off Park.

Raqael was there quickly an asked the usual. Do you want to chill?

Of for the usual 90 minutes of tight joy. No talk in that she does not speak much english. But takes to a bed like honey to a bee.

No scarf this time but she stands out with that slim body an lack of alot of clothing.

With all the violence in Hartford, shootings, stabbings, car jackings and an understaff police force. They would spend their time and resources on this BS? Someone should write to the major and point this out. LOL.

Low hanging fruit. Hartford PD can make a quick bust in a day, whereas a murder or robbery charge could take months to solve (if at all).

Thursday afternoons seem to be the most popular day and time for street busts. Must be payday for most. If you research back I have noticed New Haven does most of their busts on Thursdays also. Be safe and stay off the streets.

ChickenHead Bolt on Heather is not in Niantic at this time. Don't know where the hell she is, you are right, I have not seen her on the streets for awhile. But I wouldn't pick her up. Too unpredictable and she carries the meds and paraphernalia with her, so watch out.

There this one guy that stands in front of an apartment building across from the Autozone on the Weth Ave. This guy would stand out there for a few hours late night. He would look at the cars driving by, even turn around to look at them coming from behind. Does anyone else noticed this guy?
