Tom, my goal is also not to restart any flame throwing but I wanted to thank you for acknowledging that my provided information was correct. Haywoo and his buddy Serang had much to say about my post lacking validity and accusing me of being LE. The fact that my warning was correct is satisfaction enough for me; I don't need to make any comments to those two.

I don't want to restart the flame throwing that this thread generated earlier, but I did want to point out that it turns out that Guyinct's warning had some merit. And when one reads the newspaper articles, it appears his source was straight and Guyinct's insight from being familiar with the Valley were correct.

One lesson here is that these businesses should not be so "in your face" with their advertising as this place did on CL. It as if they were goading LE to act. Perhaps if they had been a bit more subtle ....

The term for the 'hyper-right wing liberal' you describe is reactionary. A liberal by definition is to the left (as is a radical, which is more to the left than a liberal; the terms 'radical right' and 'radical republicans' are oxymorons). But those terms were all made up some some fuckin' Frenchman a long, long time ago. Putting that theory into practice in modern American politics is like trying to herd cats.

No, it's not an oxymoron.. Republicans, and Democrats alike, Radical, is Radical. sweeping changes, by whomever,
will either have a good, or bad effect, but drastic none the less.

I see left wing, and right wing as the two halfs of the scales justice hold,
and if the two aren't balanced,
what we end-up with is true justice out of balance. I try not to align myself to either party. I'm tired of the
bickering, and fighting, "Well this democratic president did this, we need a republican!" to "The Republican
president has made a mockery of the world, we need a Democrat" just further throws things out
of whack. (Don't even get me started on the state of the wars.. Mission SNAFU!)

The thing is, whom does the "Moral Majority" align themselves with, but hide behind the moniker of "Right"..
and everyone else, who (a) they oppose, (b) opposes them, is on the left.

The Moral Policing, is what's killing the trade. Because those who see sex, pleasure, (to steal the line
from Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, "Lots Of Good Will, and Maybe one small thrill"), as morally
wrong, wrap themselves in labels like Conservative, Right, etc.. Yet, their tactics, their actions, are far
more liberal than the ones they claim to be against.

I wasn't one of the ones caught, and I hope the ones who did, were able to just pay a fine, and allowed to leave
without public humiliation...

The newspaper article I read said no arrests were made. I assume that means no girls were arrested. My friend who witnessed it happening assured me no dudes were even being ticketed, just questioned and released. Hopefully none of them admitted to anything more than a massage, but I wouldn't count on it.

Sorry, stepping of my soapbox. It seems the only places left are doomed to the same fate, as time goes on..

But, when they close these places up, where does everyone go? The street? Talk about closing a hospital, where
things were fairly clean, to jumping head-long into the cesspool of life! Hope the politicos who got involved, find they
have nowhere else to go. Payback for the ones whom they've displaced, and the ones whos hobby they've
ruined.

The ad is no doubt posted by a service and not the actual people involved in the business. probably also responsible for a lot of the other SPAM on CL.

Now, dude, this is where you messed-up. The protocol is, After you paid the house fee, and asked to get ready, It's usually customary to have the Tip ready, and sitting on the table. They're honest, and won't rip you off. All the time You're in the TS, and sauna, then come back to the room, it'll still be there.

The keys: Respect, and honesty. IF you let them know your intentions, They'll reward you with better service. If You're just going there, with the intent to get the goods, but not willing to pay, (Which is what she mis-interpreted), then no further services provided. End of story.

All the ladies I've been with, make an honest living (with the exception of the ones who're intent to rush.) and really expect the same. (as you would.) despite the notion of rip-offs, bait & switch, etc. Most AMPs have no intention of ripping off customers. This is their trade.

I imagine, there have been a few new customers who walk in, pay just the house fee, but don't bother to lay any tip on the table. This is a warning sign that the customer is either looking for just a massage, or could possibly intend to get services, but if they do, risk being ripped off themselves.

The nature is, You're intent. If you want more than just a massage, The tip is the grease for the wheel. If You force them to ask, Then LE has their intent reason. (read this as: They're soliciting extras. Reason why majority of places get busted.) If YOU let your intentions be known, then they are not liable. (read this as YOU offered for extras. They're only obliging your request.) (drawback, LE has your intent reason.)

Not flaming, but if you want service, You simply need to let your intent be known.

Of course, everyone thinks I tip too much. (just my $0. 02) The Mamasan from OHK, used to keep giving me back 1/2 of what others say I overpay.) But I rarely had a bad session. (some rushed, but still enjoyable.)

Thanks for the 2 cents Wanderer. Duly understood and appreciated. Actually I gave the house fee when I arrived and gave the standard $ after the table shower was done when we got back to the room. She looked at the money gave me a cutesy frown but went through with the massage et al. Then when the hot towels came out, she said "Tip preez".

I may be mistaken, but I think I was pretty clear the way I did it (I don't like to give the mommasan the whole amount up front, just want to be sure there are no misunderstandings.)

My experience is that some of the girls at these lesser known spas do try to bump the prices a bit. Maybe due to lack of traffic. In all fairness, I have been to this same place a few times and all went well. I even had the mommasan join once when I was taking too long. One can never tell.
