I was driving back and forth on the Blvd and saw a decent looking young blonde in front of Blu Atlantic but she was with a guy. She kept motioning toward me but I wasn't sure she was a streetwalker. Turned down 13th Ave S and was sitting there for a bit. She came up to my car with 2 guys and they started arguing. Next thing I know she motioned toward me again so I rolled down my window.
