Good question. How would you know the girl has priors and how could they prove it: Florida state law allows cities to declare certain areas non-loitering / cruising areas due to drugs and prostitution. Fort Myers has the area on the books as such. I don't know the exact delineation that they use, but it does include the area from Carroll St north to downtown. In that area, if a cop sees you picking up or dropping off a girl, they can and will question you about it. If the girl has priors, and they saw you picking her up off the street, it will be a ticket, I think its around $180 as others have posted. The law reads so that the driver does not have to actually know about the priors, but if she has priors then driver is guilty. The good news is that it is a not a misdemeanor, just the citation is issued, so 100 X better than a solicitation charge.

If the police saw you picking up a girl with priors in other areas, like Old 41, its my understanding that this law would NOT apply. Its only in designated areas, based perhaps on crime statistics and written into statutes.

But I do think they will have a girl walk 41 and deliberately get into a car in front of them so they can pull the car over and bust the driver for the anti-cruising ticket. I heard that the cops will let the SW leave with no citation / arrest, which if they have priors, they are not allowed to be walking that same area and getting into cars, so their being let go and not arrested when a driver gets a ticket does imply that the girl is working with the police.

Technically, what if the jump / load into or out of the car occurs OFF of the street, such as in a parking lot or driveway not designated as public ally way? Does that delegitimize the citation rule? Which is akin to parked on pavement, it seems as you would have had to make an illegitimate stop ON a public street. One couild drop off at Wendy's then after separation just go in and get an order of baconator fries or a beverage (after washing hands, of course!

If you know of no priors and they cannot prove other intent, I do not see how any violation can be pinned on a person who can just claim I DID NOT KNOW, THEREFORE I cannot be held for any violation responsibility. That is worse than thought-crime!

Also. What if a known SW has made a deal with LEO after being busted for some bad stuff. They put her in field, wired, what is to stop her from getting into a car and then try to get a dude to make some statements upfront without being "coerced" or pryed to make statements? An Auntie Leonetta may not get in car by their own safety protocols and entrapment rules or fact that such an action could nullify HER testimony due to HER aggressive / proactive action (framed), BUT, I bet an informant can go the extra mile if Uncle convinces her to do so with wire. Really, from what I read, I have advised my buddy to not say much, just give a ride chat and drive for a bit, get LEO check underway prior to any other futures discussion. Or, if it feels off, say nothing other than "I am going to take you back, drop you off. ".

Right or wrong, cops here pull you over if they see a known SW with a record hop in. Even if it's not a known SW, they'll still detain you. How do I know? Both instances happened to me.

In the first incident, the more senior cop believed he had enough to arrest me. He was kind, gave me fatherly advice about what I was doing, and let me go. The girl was also let go since they found no drugs or paraphernalia on her.

In the second incident, I picked up a new SW who had no priors. This cop badly wanted to charge me with prostitution, but his superior said there's not enough evidence, so I wasn't charged.

As for CI's, those who have been busted are indeed used to catch the girls. I'm aware of one evening when he picked up three girls separately. He was a regular, so they didn't worry about him. Once a deal was struck, though, cops swarmed them.

I've also heard of SW's and BP girls being used as CI's to bust johns.

Once they are in your car, you do not have to worry. No decoy is going to get into your car. All those folks were busted because instead of merely offering a ride, they either indicated they were willing to give her money or that they sought a sex act (or two) while talking to her. If the SW doesn't hop into your car right away, move-on. Because even if it isn't a bust, at the very least a prolonged pick-up or drop-off exposes you to potential of a cop seeing you and SW,

By then, you can judge if she is straight enough in the head to take her to a destination or just turn around or drop off with a fin. All talk should be general chat about the day and such, not the near future, other than where she needs a ride to. Whether that is a real destination or not or if alternative destination is to be sought.

My friend saw an attractive Latina at the Chevron on 41. She was cute so he thought he'd take a close look. After observing while getting gas he realized she would bring her smartphone up and say a few words after she observed someone. From a distance it would look like she was just having withdrawls or coughing. He decided to take closers look around and found a biker on smartphone and an unmarked mini suv he's never seen before. Could all be coincidence, but to risky for my friend. Also saw a black unmarked in and Ft Myers he's never seen before.

One could easily conclude that it was Taco Bell that begged LE to do this as they most likely notice the issues at hand and maybe some customers were approached by certain persons with desperation in their "suggestions" to normal TBELL customers who may also have commented to mgmt. It IS the main focal point, it appears.

Oh. , when DPW digs up all the streets there soon for drainage project, where will they all go? Fowler from Winkler to Hanson? THe West side of 41?

Just seen a hot SW blonde in front of taco bell s ft myers, she walks in front back and forth a few times, some guys stop and talk to her, then she goes around back, he turns into the bell, and then all the cops swarm in, pull him out and cuff him. Be careful guys.

Exactamundo. My buddy almost got into that. HE chatted with a gal who said her name was Heather. He said Hot day. You need a ride? According to him, she oddly said" . Yeah. I do. "and then looked at a car parked in the rear alley. A brother in a "fancy car" who was parked out back, that she was seemingly walking toward as a pickup. As my buddy left Taco Bell after a crunchwrap supreme, he had passed him opposite and almost ran her over in the slot at the closed down buffet alley, LOL. That is why he said HI to her. And to offer her a ride since it was so freaking hot and she did not really look like a SW but just a nice average girl.

Well that bro took off. Lucky for him. My buddy said Well, get in, and she said she couldn't just get in car, so he said Well, then I can't give a ride! And he took off. He said he notice a guy in front of lot looking back on a 2 way. He then thought that her hair was covering her ears and she did not really act the part. He got scared off and is now repenting his ways, LOL. I TOLD HIM!
