Last time I look I see at least 3 SW along it but all off side streets except one on 5th, a white van park close, suspicious look, if I see that I pass an be gone, I don't think kostner is good street to mess around on, hi crime, I would think you get further north up towards 290, get worse or pulski Rd, really sketchy.
