And yes agreed the melrose section needs some perusing only because not much happening so guys are either too busy cruising the inner city mentioned streets or have been spooked by recent uncle activity mentions on that forum. Anyway he is allowed to get out of the vehicle, cop asks him why he's carrying that. Guy gets smart assed and asks why fuzz is carrying his. It escalates and you all know where it went. Dude is dead. So yea if I am stopped I will just adhere to what they want to do to me. If I don't have a babe in my vehicle with her head going up and down in my lap or just sitting shotgun with me I don't really care what they say. I am legal so I would just sit and listen.

Right on man. Remember don't incriminate yourself. You don't have to answer questions and never consent to searches. I'm not trying to be difficult to uncle when I say that. I'm protecting myself and flexing my rights. They're doing their job and I'm doing mine. The night may be a little longer but the less you say the better chance you have if you do end up in court. I've noticed a strong presence of uncle on 5th. If I see more than usual or see them posted up I ride out. I've also seen plenty of girls out so I would say business as usual. If you read recent posts in the Melrose Park section, you'll find LEO is trying a different tactic. If a driver even looks out of place, he will be harrassed. This, in my opinion, is legally questionable. One of these days, LEO is going to pull over someone that has perfectly legitimate reasons for being in the area and it's going to end up as a lawsuit. I understand LEO is trying to slow down mongering and the other supposedly bad behavior that accompanies it. But the Constitution supposedly applies to LEO as well.
