Spotted this one Wednesday night on Cicero. There was heavy LE presence on both Cicero and 5th that night. I found myself driving down Cicero last night about 10:00 PM. To my surprise I saw about 6 ladies out between 48th and 51st. I loved that there were a couple sitting under the lights at the auto parts place where you could get a good look at them. There was a lot of traffic in that lot for a closed store.
