I live in the area not once have I seen a migrant h. What the kids have been doing late nights with vehicles where they actually block access to an intersection and (old terms I know as I am very old) cut cookies, do donuts, burnouts, fades, et al. It's been recently reported down there on cicero. Thing is once you are in the mix with them it's going to be awhile until you get out.
