I don't understand why that was the make or break point in the conversation. Again, it's OK to try to negotiate something, but why get upset or offended when she sticks to her guns? Because lots of guys under 30 call her, all the time, thinking that they can convince her to make an exception to the rule. At least that is what two providers have told me when talking about age restrictions. A provider can put a dozen "do nots" in her ad and while it will dissuade some or most who are on the "do not" list from calling her there will still be a lot of men who think that they will be an exception to the list.
