I know this is probably a joke, but figured I'd reply.

I'm not a gambler so I don't know how people file taxes based on winnings, but I heard from a friend who worked in a govt job at one point that there is an option to file a fifth amendment tax return. Basically, you are protecting yourself against the IRS in case you get busted for whatever illegal job you are doing. Of course, I think she could just file as independent contractor and not list the business and that would be that. I always wondered if the IRS shared those fifth amendment returns with other agencies. Will have to ask my friend next time I talk to him.

My takeaway from the OP's first post on her was that he thought that was something special she offered to him which was one of the reasons he thought he was something special to her. Guess I can share my Kara story now.
