He probably thought he was being slick and wanted to wait until you dropped her off so he could scoop. It's a little tacky though. It happens from time to time. He should have waited near where you picked her up. They usually want to get dropped off near where they started but it's a crap shoot I guess.

Got in MKE around 10:45 PM Saturday night with about an hour until I needed to be somewhere else. Cruised Greenfield and National a few times and saw precisely nothing. Yeah, I almost picked her up last summer, but a few weeks ago I posted a photo of her on National in her pink jacket but it was her walking from behind.
