1) depends of the times you traveled through the track. Sometimes, plentiful and occasionally no one to report on.

2) I have seen the same ones on L and G. Do not know about and.

3). Yes. Taco trucks are still out there and some of them are giving away free tacos.

The same girls are out as they always are. I don't know if LEO is being more aggressive, but they've definitely got one more reason to stop you with cause even if you're not doing anything suspicious.
