Agreed, if you are open to different experiences this place is awesome. Again not everyone is into everything but if you aren't just say so and you will be left alone. Otherwise this place is a playground and you will see pretty much all walks and different kinks. Obey the rules and enjoy.

How do you gauge when is a good time to go? It seems very random on the weekdays and being 30 minutes away doesn't help. Have you been to the partys before?

I hadn't been in a long time. I was in the area and stopped by around noon on Monday. I was surprised how busy it was. Now the crowd was mostly dudes, a handful of trannys, and a few couples. The spa and theater is where the couples hung out. One of the ladies was servicing guys out of the booths, while her dude watched. Another couple just fooled around in the theater. A young couple came in (in mid to late 20's) and went behind the screen for some covered BJ / full service from about 10 dudes. Her body was tight but on the real life scale she was probably a 6. She did fuck good though.

The guy at the register told me I could come back later with receipt, and that couples got in free that evening. I had to finish some things up and be back in the area later so I thought it could be fun to come on back. When I did it was even more packed than before. It had a really weird vibe though. The were lots of couples hanging out in the spa and a few in the theater (but not doing much).

What was really strange is there was a group of dudes roaming the place in a big group, and they acted like they all knew each other. This was the first time I've seen anything like this, as this tends to be a solo hobby for dudes. They were hanging out in the building and parking lot. I could see it could be a bit intimidating for some.

The shocker of the evening was when a young punky latina bbw came in by herself. She went into the theater to get banged and she did. She may have fucked 10-15 guys.

All in all the action was a bit better than I remember it. It's far from a classy place and has some really fucking creepy dudes there. If you can get past that part, then you CAN (no guarantee) get laid / blown there.

For your honesty and straightforwardness in the post. I live close and am in the area literally all the time, however only went down that street and past it once. Chicken I guess though I get close to checking it out. Agree it is a solo routine so really don't get a bunch of guys getting together to hang around each other in an atmosphere of such. I am wondering if some of this, sorry for my naivety is set up on a chat app and pre arranged. A single woman going in by herself and then a bunch of guys ball her just seems to me somehow was prearranged. With no experience kinda just lurking and wondering. I've been to 15th enough times to have a pretty good handle on how things work. Hopefully these tips will help make the most of your visit;.

*First, go in with VERY low expectations to participate in any action. Plan to be a voyeur & with luck, you might be able to enjoy some fun. This place is hit or miss to say the least.

*Check the Twtter feed. They post whenever a couple enters the building. This is no guarantee, the posts do not state what the couple is there for. Some just come in to shop, others to play with eachother. Sometimes the couple will have left by the time you get there. Like I said, hit or miss.

*Do NOT ask if the couple is still there, or if there are any couples or ladies, or if there is any action etc. The counter person will not give you any information. Those questions are not appreciated & they will let you know that.

*Be polite. If there is a couple or single lady, pay attention to their actions & body language. Some will make it obvious what they are looking to do. Agressive behavior can lead to being asked to leave.

*Evenings are best but weekdays can offer a lot of fun on the rare occasion that a couple shows up. Again, check the Twtter feed.

*Make sure you are showered & clean (all regions). The ladies that are there to play are doing it for fun, not a business. There is nothing in it for them to do anything with someone that is less than fresh. They do have a public shower in the spa if necessary.

*Whether a party or not, attending as a spectator is OK. I highly recommend going in with that intent. You can learn a lot by watching others & you might get surprised. The couples that go there to be watched usually don't mind the spectators "enjoying" themselves.

*Assume nothing, resist the urge to reach out for a feel. If you get the feeling a lady wants to be touched & you are close enough, it's OK to ask "may I touch?" This can end up leading to some fun, but not always.

*Leave your phone in your car! This is one of managements pet peeves. No one wants the risk of their picture forever being out on the web.

*Do not hang out in the parking lot in or out of your car without having paid your admission. They consider this loitering & will as to see your paid receipt. They will ask guys to leave.

*Bring a lock if you plan to use the shower or steam room. They have lockers but you need a padlock.

*The parties are a little bit of everything. I have seen couples playing out in the open just as exhibishionists, couples looking for 1 or 2 others to join them & others looking for big group action. Again, keep your expectations low & you might be surprised.

When bringing a companion;.

*You set the rules. It's OK to state your intentions. When you walk in with a lady friend, you will catch a lot of attention. If guys begin to gather around you, simply say something like "we're just here to watch a movie, not lookin to play". Most of the guys will respect & appreciate knowing your intention.

*Don't leave your companion alone. If you need to use the bathroom, take her with you or have her go in to the ladies room while you are in the mens. The bathrooms in the Spa area are much nicer / cleaner than the one near the theater.

*If you run in to a pest not respecting your space, alert management or ask one of the polite guys to get the counter person. Management has zero tolerance for this type behavior. Most of the guys don't like it either as they don't want an idiot to cause a couple or lady to leave.

* If you are there with, let's say "an arrangement", maybe take out from the mannheim panty bars, make your deal before going in. NO discussion of money inside. This place exsists because it's private swingers looking to play. If they become aware of business deals they will ban you. Not saying don't do that, this place is a nice option for doing OTC especially with the cash private rooms, just do it under the radar.

*Consider using the private rooms. They are an extra $20 & completely private. Cash is OK. They are small massage type rooms but give you the privacy you might want to take your companion.

*It's OK to go in with intent only to play with eachother. Many couples will put on a "show" for the attention. This can happen th the theater "couples only" section, the room behind the screen, the play area in the spa, the shower / sauna area etc. Other couples like the private rooms.

We came to 15th Ave a few years ago before Covid. We were met by the friendly staff and given a tour of the place. We were shown the theater room and the area behind it. Walked around to the small private rooms and then was buzz to the back where there were showers and a sauna. After the tour, we went into the large theater and sat in the couple's only area for a bit. She got uncomfortable so we left.

We would like to come back and have some questions we hope yall can help with. What are the etiquettes and when is it appropriate to be in each section IE theater, area behind, private rooms, shower, etc. Are there un spoken rules, dos and don'ts. At this time we just want to play by ourselves but she would like to give a show. Her concern is people coming too close or not respecting boundaries. What's the best way to do that while staying safe?

The party also marked the return of our infamous Wet T-Shirt Contest! The Good Doctor provided the white V-neck shirts for the ladies, as well as a pair of scissors to doll them up in any way the ladies saw fit.

It is there, and action is to be had on those party nights. The last one was a doozy in the room behind the screen. Also many times there's action to be had later in the night in the theater directly. One just needs to be patient, look for eye contact, don't be too pushy, and you'll have a good time.

I'm from WI but have been to 15th Ave a few times. We have a couple ABS here in Wisconsin but nothing quite like 15th Ave. I travel around the country for work from time to time. Wherever I travel to I like to check out the local scene with video booths and theaters. Like to see if anyone has any gems or locations around the Midwest they enjoy visiting. I was still ranting about the trannies actually. But as far as the single guys, some are seen as a nuisance because they don't know how to just be cool and wait for an opportunity. Some act like they've never been in this environment before and try too hard. But a lot are cool and definitely get action here.

This place is not the same. I definitely used to enjoy it but the he-she's have taken over now. They seem to get preferential treatment over everyone. All they do is lurk around and there is one in particular that follows me. He's always here, I've literally seen him the last maybe 4-5 times I was there. They hang out by the booths and follow you when you are trying to just enjoy yourself. I wish they would charge them $100 to get in so maybe that would deter them.
