What was the situation that resulted in you getting robbed? Dude answered the door and demanded money? Girl took the donation and then locked herself in the bathroom?

Hey BBRabbit. I think what one CAN do in a situation like this is provide a street name of the individual and then provide a link to a news story or other web site where the details are listed. Nothing wrong with general awareness of who got nicked as to know if you uncle was watching and one might have been in the cross hairs. I'd certainly like to know if a girl I had seen recently got nicked! Guess it might be the same with a monger getting nicked, but then again, I ain't the mod here.

Heather advertises on CL from time to time. Looking for "help" on the south side. She asks what can you spare? Contacted her a couple times before but never tried to meet til last night. Arranged to meet at an address off Parsons. She ignored my suggested times and gave me a time. Maybe a clue there. I parked well away and was walking to the address. A pickup truck with 2 guys came around the corner and stopped in front of that address. When they saw me they tried to back up towards me bit where not very good at backing on the narrow street. I hightailed it back to my car. She had been emailing me to make I was coming at that time but nothing after my encounter with her friends.

My middle aged vision saved me. I had so much trouble reading addresses at night, I was late arriving and they missed me.

So I went to see an old "friend" and it appears things have really changed! I had seen this young lady previously and lost track of her number. I was testing the waters on CL and replied to an ad and when I saw the pics she sent, I was excited as I recognized her right away so I was anxious to see her again. I drove to her east side apartment. She'll tell you she is off Brice on Chantry. The truth is she is on Silver Oak Drive. She is going by Jessica T. Once I arrived, she was outside having a cigarette she said but I now believe it was part of the set up. So we walk in and she locked the door behind us, went into the living room (which is where we hooked up last time) and she said to get comfortable and to place the donation on the counter while she used the bathroom. She didn't touch the donation so I didn't think much of it. Then all of a sudden here's her boyfriend who's pretending to be on the phone calling the police and asking for an officer to come to the address. I say pretending because as he's "talking on the phone" it rang! He lost it for a second and then scooped up the cash and was out the door. She was hiding in the bedroom and was telling me through the door that I'd better leave because he came home early from work. Now, the door never opened and other than the patio door I was standing next to, there aren't any other doors in the place, so he was already in the apartment when I got there. I decided to cut my losses rather than chancing a physical altercation that I would possibly have to explain to the wife. So, be careful guys. Sometimes even those we "know" change!

Yes, she is a girl. I had seen her a few times awhile back ago. Once she mentioned to me about taking meds for a kidney condition. I'm definitely no medical expert, but I think that causes some physical issues like swelled cheeks and other swelled parts of the body. Isn't that what Gary Coleman (little Arnold) suffered from all his life? Anyway, she's like a poor skank who would normally be very skinny except some parts of her body are swelled or chubby, just not the good parts.
