Hey, I know I'm bumping a very old thread but I'm getting frustrated trying to find a legit provider that might eventually be open to perhaps undraped or HE massages over the course of time. I have tried massage finder dot com and massage anywhere dot com to no avail. Massage finder had only dudes and massage anywhere had outdated masseuses. I have been trying massage book dot com and vagaro and just not hitting on one that might be a good candidate.

Any advice on trying to find a sole practitioner and where they might advertise?

This is one of those gray areas. Well, OK, very grey. I was in Montreal at a "massage centre" that offered "all kinds of massage." It started out not that differently from any other massage. I've had all sorts of massages over the past 35 years. Swedish massage from a swedish lady, Lomi-Lomi massage from a Hawaiian lady, Thai massage from a Thai lady, Shiatsu from a Japanese lady, Qi Gong Tuina from a Chinese lady, etc. Often one will ask if there is any particular problem area I'd like worked on. I often hesitate to give them any such information. I like having attention to a problem area, but I don't want the whole massage centered on one small area. My whole body wants to be massaged. Invariably the masseuse can't tell any problem area or areas unless told. But I've had a new Chinese masseuse who came off the boat from China 4 years ago. She can tell problem areas just from sight and/or touch without a clue from me. My one chronic problem is a bum neck. I've had it x-rayed and the bones have grown a bit off, apparently from improper alignment and/or stress.
